 Record Description This maiden wych elm, one of the finest trees of this species to survive in Swaledale is 4.2m girth and is one of a number of native tree of many different species, including crab apple, ash, hazel, holly, rowan,blackthorn and hawthorn which form the relict hedgerows lining this ancient track.
 Dimensions 4.2m girth at 1.2m above ground level.
